While I know it's not cool for a foodie to admit this, I love buffets, particularly Asian buffets. There's just something fun about being able to stuff oneself on a wide variety of food every now and again, even if the quality is usually somewhat lacking. So, when I heard about a Korean buffet in Flushing, Queens called Picnic Garden, I knew I had to give it a try.

I have been known to get a little wild with my stirring! I grew up on spaghetti, literally. I love the stuff, well maybe not as much as I used to, but I still love it. I remember there being many, many days where I would eat it for breakfast. Either way, I can thank my mother for making such a simple delicious sauce that I still make to this day. Mix with Egg Noodles. If you find yourself feeding a bunch of kids, why not try Hormel's Salisbury Steak? All you have to do is heat up the meat, cut it into small, bite-size pieces, and mix it in with a big batch of cooked Egg Noodles. For the best dish possible, be sure to drain the noodles, add a touch of butter for softness, and season with salt and pepper.

Finally, I certainly haven't cooked every recipe Drew has to offer. However, every one that I have cooked has been fabulous. They are all easy-to-prepare, easy-to-cook and they were very inexpensive. Oh yea, and they all tasted great! So, if you are looking for an easy alternative to eating out then Drew's book may be what you're looking for.

There are so many fat loss diet plans on the market today. How do you know which one to choose? Which one will start you on a diet to lose weight and keep you focused on losing weight throughout the year?
